Nikos Tsimis: A Lifetime of Mastery and the Pursuit of Perfection
Nikos doesn't just run a factory; he is a master of his craft. With over 30 years of experience, his understanding of the industry is complete:
- The Maker's Eye: Beginning in 1994, his hands-on experience as a furniture maker and quality controller gives him an unmatched eye for detail.
- The Manager's Mind: Having managed major production operations, he possesses the logistical skill to deliver your orders on time and to spec.
- The Consultant's Insight: He is the expert industry professionals call to solve their complex technical and production problems. Fluent in English, Indonesian, French, and Greek, Nikos is your direct line to perfect execution. His early exposure to craftsmanship came from his grandfather's factory, sparking a lifelong respect for precision and proper workmanship. Our Factory
A Facility Engineered for Controlled Precision
Our 3,000 m² facility in Jepara is a testament to disciplined manufacturing. It is organized, clean, and efficient by design, allowing for the direct oversight essential for our quality standards. Every step, from raw material intake to final packaging, is managed through a proprietary ERP system personally designed by Nikos to ensure traceability and flawless execution of every order.
A Logical Flow for Quality:
- Administration & Planning: Our office houses the admin team, drafters, and project management hub where your technical drawings are prepared and the production plan is created in our custom ERP.
- Machine Room: High-capacity, calibrated woodworking machinery for precision machining of solid wood, veneer, and engineered components.
- Assembly & Sanding: Dedicated areas for meticulous assembly (using jigs and appropriate equipment) followed by a multi-stage sanding process through various grits to prepare for a perfect finish.
- Finishing Department: Dedicated spray booths with imported waterfall filtration systems and controlled, contaminant-free finishing rooms.
- Drying & Curing: Climate-controlled, dust-free drying rooms ensure finishes cure perfectly for maximum durability.
- Final QC & Logistics: The final inspection, photography, serial number plating, and professional packing area before container loading.
